However, Jaclyn...

This sort of Gerber daisy, I like:

  • Honestly, I'm not sure if that's cute or terrifying. I'm leaning towards terrifying, if only because the lack of ears is a little disconcerting.

  • Lack of ears...hardly grounds for terror!

  • Okay, maybe you have a point...

...but then how about the fact that a white daisy has partially digested a dog? Is that terrifying?

By Blogger Champ, at April 12, 2006 1:00 PM

  • Well now, it's not like the daisy would actually have the POWER to digest a pomeranian. So it would be not unlike when my hamster shoves an entire baby carrot into her pouch, resulting in the inability to enter her house. Final verdicit: CUTE.

Ross can be the deciding vote.

  • HAH. Can we stretch 'understandable' to
'acceptable', which entails being accepted into society, which further entails NOT BEING TERRIFYING?

  • No, Ross, subvert the dominant paradigm! Find the partially digested dog to be terrifying!

If you agree with me, I will buy you a white hot chocolate at Starbucks tonight. (This is me being presumptuous in assuming that you will be joining me.)

  • Ross! Don't listen to her siren song! If you agree with me, I will take you to Steak and Shake!!!

By Blogger Heather, at April 12, 2006 9:06 PM

  • Okay, Ross has got to feel like a complete stud now. He's got two women fighting for his approval (which is obviously directly correlated to love and respect) over a photo of a dog.

A dog being devoured by a daisy.

And heaven knows the boy has got a bit of a sweet tooth, which I can more immediately satisfy than someone living across the US/Canada border.

Heather, my worthy foe, I think it's just best if you bow out gracefully. Truly, there's no beating a white hot chocolate here.

  • You can get a white hot chocolate anywhere, but there are no Steak and Shakes in Canada. You obviously have never had the 'Frisco Melt.

  • But I consume neither steaks nor shakes (neither red meat nor dairy, among other such dietary oddities), so I cannot help but think the whole thing would be lost on me...
