Actually, this seems to be an illustration of All That Can Go Wrong With Our Bodies. Over on the left, we've got a young lady suffering from jaundice and a boy who stayed in the sun too long, causing a severe sunburn (clearly, he drew a 'B' on his chest with sunblock). And, on the right, the boy in black is suffering from an enlarged heart, while little boy orange has a colostomy bag.
